20 Jun LINE MINISTER GOVERNANCE OVERSIGHT MEETING
National Handling Services – NHS participated at the Line Minister’s public entities corporate governance oversight meeting where Boards of public entities under the purview of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural development gathered at the Holiday Inn Mutare.
The session was officiated by Transport and Infrastructural Development Minister Advocate Honourable F.T. Mhona, who delivered a powerful keynote address. Also, in attendance were:
• Advocate Misheck Mugadza, Minister of State for Manicaland Province
• Honourable J. Sacco, Deputy Minister
• Eng. J.P. Makumbe, Permanent Secretary
• Dr. Allan Choruma, Head of Corporate Governance Unit
Minister Mhona extended his gratitude to all stakeholders for their continued support. He stressed the critical role of good corporate governance in driving the Ministry — and the nation — forward toward Vision 2030.
